Najaf Yawar Khan Director & chairperson

Najaf\'s teaching interests lie in the fields of Operations Management and the Technology- enabled Evolving operating Models. He has more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing, servicing the most distinguished clients in Morocco, Italy and Pakistan. Najaf has an M.Sc in Information Management from Lancaster, one of the only two 6* management schools in the UK, the other being London Business School. Najaf also has an MBA from LUMS.


Hassan Raza Shah DEPUTY DIRECTOR / PROGRAMER LEAD EMBA

Hassan’s teaching interests include Strategic Marketing, Marketing Management, Rural Marketing and Marketing of Services. In addition to teaching, he has been designing and conducting training courses of short duration in Management, Marketing, Selling Skills, Negotiation Skills, Value Innovation, Motivation, Leadership and WTO. Hassan holds an MBA degree from the University of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland, USA and Master's Degree in Administrative Sciences from University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.


M. AMAAD UPPAL ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Amaad is an experienced educationist with over 12 years of teaching experience in the areas of business and information technology. He has taught in the higher education institutions in the UAE and in Pakistan. Amaad has special interest in developing the use of information technology for teaching and learning. He successfully setup CISCO local academy in Sharjah Men’s College and delivered courses there for many years along with the use of WebCT – leading online learning management systems (LMS), for teaching many other business courses. DR. IMAM BAIHAQI

Dr Baihaqi earned his PhD from Monash University Australia. While he was pursuing his doctorate degree, he also works as tutor, teaching assistance and research assistant in Department of Management, Australia. He also taught in School of Business, Monash University Sunway Campus for almost two years (2009-2011). Prior to joining a lecturer, he worked as programmer and system analyst. His main research interests are management of information technology, specifically in relation operations and supply chain management. He particularly interested in field research employing survey


DR. MARIE AIMEE TOURRES ADJUNCT FACULTY

Dr Marie-Aimée Tourres is a French economist and GCU Lahore adjunct faculty. She is currently Associate Director with Asia Global Risk in Malaysia. She also holds the position of Associate Lecturer at Center for Research and Studies on International Development (CERDI), a leading specialized research center in France, and an Associate Fellow at FERDI, its related think-tank foundation as well as a member of an advisory committee to United Nations.


SADAF ZAFAR LECTURER

He is serving as CEO and Founder of Chaudhary Malik & Co., a financial advisory firm based in Lahore, Pakistan providing financial and investment advisory to Govt., and local and foreign businesses. IMRAN SAIGOL LECTURER

Mr. Imran Saigol is part of the visiting faculty at Management Studies Department, Government College University. He graduated with honors with Bachelors in Business Administration in MIS and minor in Economics from West Virginia University. He then went for a master degree in Industrial Labor Relations (ILR) from West Virginia University and graduated with honors in 2006. Mr. Imran has been part of the visiting faculty at Management Studies Department, GCU since February 2009 to present and teaches Business Management to B.Sc. (Honors) Applied Management students.


ALI HUSSAIN FARRUKH LECTURER

Ali was awarded a partial scholarship by University of Salford, UK for MBA. He worked with retail, telecom and publishing industry for five years. His teaching interests lie in Management Communication, Pricing Strategies and Supply Chain Management.


MADIHA KHALIL CORPORATE LIASON OFFICER
